  • Professor and Coordinator of Physics courses, in the Faculty of Sciences of Education, at Tamaulipas Independent University from February 1984 to July 1991.

  • Full Time Professor and Coordinator of the Differential Equations Academy in the Mathematics Department of ITESM, Campus Monterrey, from July 1991 up to date.

Christian Interests and Activities

  • Owner, manager and salesman of the Christian bookstore "Jerusalem Bookstore", in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, from September 1980 to July 1991.

  • Director of the Christian Friendship Center, in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas from October 1987 to July 1991.

  • Author of the book "Building up the Kingdom of Heaven - a call to building up Christian life communities", published by CLIE Publishing House, from Barcelona, Spain, in February of 1999, with the ISBN: 84-8267-035-2.

    • The author proposes in this book a redesign to Biblical theology, developing a comparative analysis of the four great branches of contemporary Christianity,, replacing philosophical thinking processes by scientific reasoning thinking processes.

    • The starting point for the analysis consist of proposing a base of Characteristic Biblical Doctrines, (CBD's), with the property to generate all the basic doctrines of the Bible. The CBD's base proposed is based upon Trinity Doctrine, and it is further developed to rearrange it according to the intention or goal that God sets out to reach with humanity at the end of the times. To this work program revealed by God, it is referred to in the book as God's Development Plan for Humanity, (GDP).

    • Later on the author analyzes the process of gradual revelation by means of which God reveals his Development Plan, to each human being, directly from His Spirit to the spirit of man, and the effect who have the different answers given by man, to each one of the stages of God's Plan, upon his process of personal spiritual growth.

    • Then the different work programs that must offer by the Christian community, in order to support the spiritual growth of its members, and to promote the development of justice within the Christian life community are analyzed.

    • Because these DBC's receive different emphases or weights, in each of the four Christianity branches considered, this tool allows detecting their similarities, their differences, and their opportunity areas, by means of a Characteristic Biblical Doctrines spectrum.

    • The electronic version of the whole book can be consulted in the author's web page at: http://www.sitiofamiliar.com/proyectoantioquia/

    • Furthermore, the 18 lessons draft of the course "Life in the Spirit System", that will integrate the second volume of the book "Building up the Kingdom of Heaven", will soon be able to be consulted in the same web page.

  • Participated in the "Monotheist Religions Seminar" offered by ITESM Campus Monterrey, Department of International Relations, during the Spring 2001 Semester, with module 8 "Toward a Theology of the Christian Unity". The information about that seminar can be consulted at the web page address: http://www.mty.itesm.mx/ dch/deptos/ri/diplomados/monoteistas/ Monoteistas.html
